Licensing Information

OpenGateway is a downloadable web application written in PHP and powered by MySQL. Before purchasing, we highly recommend checking out system requirements.

The terms of licensing are as follows:

• Each purchased OpenGateway license is for use one domain.
• Licenses are enforced with a downloadable license file which only works for one domain. Each license file also has a unique license number.
• There is a 30-day money-back guarantee on all license purchases. You are first issued a "trial license" after purchasing. This license expires after 30 days. However, whenever you would like, you can unlock the full license. In unlocking the full license, you waive the 30-day money-back guarantee. If you have not unlocked the full license and it has been 30 days or less since your purchase, you will receive a full refund upon request.
• Licenses are a one-time fee. No recurring fees. No transaction fees.
• We provide 1-on-1 support for bugs and configuration problems. However, we do not provide free integration or customization services. These are subject to additional development fees.
• All licensees can receive support via the support centre.
• All future updates within your main branch (e.g., "1.x", "2.x") are included with a license. Upgrading is as easy as uploading the new files over your old files.
